Another 'Dangal Girl' Jalwa, Ritu Fogat won silver medal

Indian woman wrestler Ritu Fogat has won the silver medal in the Under-23 Senior World Wrestling Championship. In this championship held in Poland, the season suffered due to the gold medal.

According to PTI, the 23-year-old Ritu had named the gold medal in the Commonwealth Wrestling Championship last year, but she could not repeat her golden performance here.

Turkey's Wrestler Demirhan defeated the season in the gold medal Earlier, in the quarterfinal match, Indian woman Wrestler Ritu had defeated Bulgaria's Sailishka by a margin of 4-2.

Season had defeated Wrestler Jiang Zu of China 4-3 in the semi-final to win gold medal. Ritu had earlier won the national championship in Indore.

In the same month, in the national wrestling championship in Indore, the season gave birth to the gold medal. He also won a bronze medal in the Asian Championships in May this year.
